Hostel accommodation:

Hostel accommodation is available for 50 trainees and it is given on basis of first come first serve. There is no hostel warden; hence students themselves have to maintain self discipline and security. Institute is not responsible for any miss happening. As far as possible students are not supposed to go outside after 5 PM. As there is no canteen hostellers have to cook themselves.  They can purchase items on Saturday for whole of the week. Students are not supposed to call their relatives and friends during their stay in the hostel. Some times hostellers find difficulty in getting money orders in time hence necessary arrangements may be made to send the money in time. Inform local guardian if any, to look into their problems.

Mess and Canteen:

Mess and canteen facilities are available in the campus.

Discipline and attendance:

Parents must give complete residential address for postal communication and also telephone no., If any available. Students are supposed to attend classes regularly. 80% of attendance is a must to appear for final year examinations. All leaves including medical; should not exceed 20% of the working days. If candidate is not well or by any reason if not attending the classes parents must intimate the same to the principal through a letter immediately. If letter is not received by the principal within 3 days of continues absence, a memo will be served to the address given; by post. If there is no response and students absence continuous for more than 10 days students name will be struck off from the roll. Student’s phone calls during working hours will not be entertained. If any urgent message is to be conveyed; it should be given to the office, so that office will convey the same to student after class hours. Students are not supposed to leave the campus during working hours (9 AM to 5-30 PM).
